Good preparation saves time and gives the team a safe workspace. Move small tables, toys and remote controls, and remove loose items from between seats and under cushions.
Send photos before the visit
Take a full photo of the sofa and close photos of stains. Share the seat count and fabric type if known, and mention any previous cleaning attempt.
Prepare ventilation
Open windows or use air conditioning to support airflow after cleaning. Do not use the sofa until the fabric is completely dry.
